Account info (name, email, org), usage data, technical data (browser, device, IP). We never sell your data.

2. Location detection

We use your IP address to detect your approximate country via a third-party lookup, solely to pre-fill the country field in our forms. This is not stored beyond your session.

3. How We Use It

To provide services, communicate updates, ensure security, and improve the product.

4. Storage & Security

EU servers. TLS 1.3, AES-256 encryption. Stripe PCI DSS Level 1 for payments.

5. GDPR Rights

Access, rectify, delete, or port your data. Withdraw consent anytime at hello@checkaihub.ai.

6. Cookies

Essential only (session, theme). No advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Retention

While account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
