EU servers. TLS 1.3, AES-256 encryption. Stripe PCI DSS Level 1 for payments.

4. GDPR Rights

Access, rectify, delete, or port your data. Withdraw consent anytime at waitlist@checkaihub.ai.

5. Cookies

Essential only (session, theme). No advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Retention

While account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
